The model you ordered doesn't fit or you don't like it?

No problem! You can return all glasses and sunglasses without prescription to us free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Please note: Models with prescription lenses are made individually for you and therefore cannot be exchanged.

If you are dissatisfied with your individually made glasses with prescription lenses, contact our customer service. We will help you easily.

Simply enter your order number and the email address you provided with your order. We will then send you your label for the free return by email. Please also check your spam folder.
